It’s been a rough winter (although today it’s approaching 50 degrees) and people are eager to get out of dodge for a few days. Hello, vacation! Today kicks off the first of many vacation weeks here in the Northeast. Plans to travel by airplane to a warmer destination are in the works for many.
Traveling by airplane isn’t easy for everyone. Some find it unbearably stressful and aren’t able to bring themselves to fly at all. Others fly, but feel an incredible amount of anxiety and stress during the days leading up to the trip. And some aren’t impacted at all.
Here are a few tricks to help you combat stress before traveling by airplane (or car, train, boat etc…).
