ShiftCon here I come! In a few days, I’ll be hopping on a plane and heading to California to attend one of my favorite conferences.
ShiftCon is an eco-wellness influencer conference focusing on food, wellness, health, sustainability and platform growth. It was born out of the idea that together we can create a profound impact on the world around us. We can literally shift the way we eat, raise our families and our impact on the environment.
I’ve been going to and speaking at ShiftCon since it was created, in 2014 (I missed it last year) and always have an amazing time. Not only is this a chance to mingle with some of my favorite brands but it’s also an opportunity to reconnect with many of my green colleagues.
I’m speaking!
I’m very excited to announce that this year I’ll be speaking alongside a woman who changed my family’s life.
Amy Thieringer worked with my son weekly for over two years and cured him of his nut allergy. Yes, cured him.
My son has joined many other children with life-threatening food allergies who have worked with Amy and are now able to eat anything. After years of carrying an EpiPen, there’s no longer a worry about going into anaphylactic shock. Amy and her Allergy Release Technique (A.R.T) are featured in a new book called The Other Side of Impossible: Ordinary People Who Faced Daunting Medical Challenges and Refused to Give Up, written by Susannah Meadows. There’s a 4 + year waitlist to see Amy, but it’s worth the wait. Her results are so compelling that Boston Children’s Hospital is publishing a study on her approach.
Together we are going to discuss the process that Amy has created and how it cured my son and hundreds of other children. If you or someone you know or love has food allergies this discussion will provide you with hope when traditional medicine has little to offer.
This workshop will be happening on Saturday, February 4th at 11:15 am PT. Hope you can join us!
I’m also nominated for the Best Lifestyle Blogger award
I’m so incredibly honored to have been nominated for the Best Lifestyle Blogger award along with Aaronica Cole & Nicky Omohundro. On Saturday night during the conference, the winner will be announced. If you’re going to the conference you can vote for your favorites HERE.
I’ll be back to share highlights and photos so stay tuned!
